I have already installed tomcat server and I used sar for monitoring.
After tomcat has been installed my server sys user is taking 200% of CPU. Total quantity of cores is 4.
Please suggest me what I need to do ?

In a 4 core system load can go up to 4 * 100% = 400% CPU utilization before your system starts to become overloaded. - At 200% you're still good
