I am getting intermittent db connection error "sql server does not exist or access denied " while connecting from web server to the db server.

I am also getting the successful db connection but the error is frequent.

Along with this server does not error, I'm getting one more error which is "login timeout error "

I have verified the following points in both the servers,

• Sql server service is running.


• Login credentials are valid.


• Db is online and no deadlocks with sql server.


• Other servers are able to connect to the sql server without any issues.


• Port is not blocked by firewall in web server


• IP address of sql server is not blocked in web server.

I am not sure what is causing this intermittent connection error.

Can anyone please let me know how I can resolve this issue?
