I have Microsoft SQL 2017 Enterprise and Management Studio 18 as downloaded from Microsoft and on every restart of Windows, Management Studio crashes and will not start, I downloaded it from here.

I have tried to do this reinstall of Management Studio; I ran the setup with admin privileges on an admin account on numerous occasions. I am running Windows 10; I have had no issues with previous versions of Management Studio.

If you require any more information please advise me such as logs etc.

  Are you running Sql Server Management Studio on the same machine as SQL Server is on? Is your SSMS machine up to date on patches? Please run the logs as found in this thread, as well as perhaps try the solution listed: dba.stackexchange.com/questions/237086/…
