I am configuring openstack for the first time.
Till yesterday, I was able to create services and endpionts.
The following services are created so far:
# openstack service list
+---------------+-----------------------+---------------+
| ID | Name | Type |
+---------------+-----------------------+---------------+
| computev21 | Compute Service V2.1 | computev21 |
| volumev2 | Volume Service V2 | volumev2 |
| image | Image Service | image |
| metering | Telemetry Service | metering |
| orchestration | Orchestration Service | orchestration |
| identity | Identity Service | identity |
| network | Network Service | network |
+---------------+-----------------------+---------------+
Today, the server was rebooted and I guess it has affected it somehow and now I am unable to create services anymore:
# openstack service create --name "placement" --description "Placement API service" placement
The action you have requested has not been implemented. (HTTP 501) (Request-ID: req-1e902c36-32c0-49c0-8b8e-895a1bd68c6d)
I have tried to create old services that were already created with new names and that too didn't work.
admin-openrc is as follows:
export OS_USERNAME=admin
export OS_PASSWORD=AdminPassword
export OS_PROJECT_NAME=admin
export OS_USER_DOMAIN_NAME=Default
export OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_NAME=Default
export OS_AUTH_URL=http://controller1:35357/v3
export OS_IDENTITY_API_VERSION=3
From trace, I see it's handling 501 server error.
Any ideas what could have been wrong or What am I missing?
