I'm trying to rate-limit the number of recipients per hour like this

most of it works. when I set the actual limit like this
it gets stored in the database like this, which looks ok
| 4 | imp:max_timelimit | :1 | a:2:s:4:"type";s:3:"int";s:7:"default";s:2:"60"; |
but in the horde interface, it always applies a limit of just 1 (ONE) recipient per $conf['sentmail']['params']['limit_period'], like this
Any idea why ?
