I've tried to Google a lot on how to connect via VPN with a pre-shared key on Windows Server 2012 R2 - without any luck.
I'm able to create a VPN server on Windows via the Remote Access features, but not how to connect to another VPN with a pre-shared key I've got from the remote party.

All Google Results I've tried only shows how to setup Windows Server as the server.
