I need to perform a RAID 6 expansion from 6x10TB SAS Seagate Exos X10 drives to 14x10TB SAS drives. How can I estimate the completion time? I plan on doing it using megacli while most users are on holidays, so the load should be quite low.
The controller is a AVAGO 3108 MegaRAID, installed on a supermicro chassis. The OS is Centos 7.

@Lenniey: ok, it kind of helps to know that it will take a few weeks. Possibly faster to just backup the data, destroy current array and recreate new one... But still do not know how to compute the time it takes to expand the array.

You won't be able to calculate this. Too many factors come into play. Load, size, speed (disks and controller), usage, etc.
