I am trying to use timedatectl to sync the pi time to a PC time server running windows (w32time is the service used by the server).
I successfully set systemd-timesyncd and when I ask for the status I can see it is active/loaded but idle. timedatectl status gives as an output
ntp synchornized: no. I found in another post the solution for this but was suggesting to install ntp which actually will cause the service timesyncd to fail (I can see that by running the command systemctl status systemd-timedatesyncd.service).
an issue that might be related: I am able to ping the pi from the pc and access it through VNC but the pi itself cannot ping the PC.
