In Aix , Deletion of oracle user is running by manually executing the script file, but working through contab file

i am trying to import data from production to dev environment.

i have created scheduler

1. for backup & data copy from production to dev


2. deletion of oracle user and import or database. through crontab jobs.

However i am facing difficulty in deleting the user through crontab file. manually is working by pressing the enter button in the script.

below is my crontab file details

var1=`date +%Y%m%d`
sdate=`date`
