Kaiser Chiefs é unha banda inglesa de rock alternativo procedente de Leeds e formada en 1997. Tomou o seu nome do club de fútbol surafricano Kaizer Chiefs. O seu álbum de estrea, Employment, foi editado no ano 2005. Inicialmente inspiráronse no New Wave e o punk rock de finais dos anos 70 e de principios dos 80, e conseguiron éxito internacional conseguindo vender ao redor dos 3 millóns de álbums. O seu segundo álbum, Yours Truly, Angry Mob, lanzado no 2007, contiña "Ruby", un sinxelo que foi número 1 no Reino Unido. Editaron o seu terceiro álbum, Off with Their Heads, no mes de outubro do ano 2008. Despois dun tempo separados, lanzaron The Future Is Medieval en xuño de 2011.
