I'm having a Running Hyper-V on Amazon EC2 Bare Metal Instances.
I would like to install ESXi onto Hyper-V. Well, so far the preparation according to the tutorial Install VMware ESXi on a Hyper-V
went all good. I could start the installation but at some point, I got the following error:
It stays for a couple of minutes, then this appears:
It seems there is a problem with the network adapter. According to Running Hyper-V on Amazon EC2 Bare Metal Instances vSwitch
must be created in which I assigned it as for Legacy Network Adapter.

Microsoft does not support running ESX on Hyper-V. In the past the net-tulip driver was able to bypass that restriction for the NIC, but you are in uncharted territory.
