Somehow, the permissions on all of the users' Downloads directory has been changed. Users don't have access to their own Downloads directory.
C:UsersThisUserAppDataLocalDownloads
and ThisUser can't get into Downloads.
The NTFS permissions for my admin account are for the local administrators of the server, System, and my admin account.
Looking at my own user level account's permissions, I get, "You do not have permission to view or edit this object's permission settings."
It seems to me that this should be a GPO setting, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I'm not sure when this happened, so I don't know what change may have caused this, either.
Could someone point me in the right direction, please?
