I keep downloading this KB installing it. Once rebooted the server still shows it requires this patch. I cannot get the patch to install.

Perhaps you should install the most recent monthly cumulative update, KB4493472. KB4343900 is nine months old.

Not that easy, all patches have to be tested concerning the environment that our servers are utilized. If we install the newest patch, would this eliminate the need for the 4343900 patch? has the older patch been superseded by 4493472?
