I have a 3com switch that connects some equipment on my network (other switch an pc) and this switch is connected to a router for my internet connection
when I activated the spanning tree on the switch I had a general blackout on the network
and when I turned it off all went back to normal.
do you have an explanation

  • Sounds like normal spanning tree operation to me. Did you wait for delay timers to expire?
