Does Robocopy return before its finished executing? For example, in the following code, could line 3 execute before Robocopy has finished copying all files?

echo foo
robocopy \192.168.XX.XXfolder C:local /E /M /NDL /XA:SH /W:0 /R:1 /REG >> C:localmylog.log
echo bar // line 3

I am getting some weird results where I am trying to access files (in c:/local) that the computer thinks don't exist (but I can see they do when looking in explorer). So I am thinking my code (after line 3) is looking for files before Robocopy has copied them over yet (hope that makes sense).
