A Enciclopedia Italiana di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti (do italiano "Enciclopedia italiana de Ciencias, Letras e Artes"), máis coñecida como Treccani polo seu desenvolvedor Giovanni Treccani, ou Enciclopedia Italiana, é unha enciclopedia en lingua italiana. A publicación Encyclopaedias: Their History Throughout The Ages, considéraa unha das meirandes enciclopedias, xunto coa Encyclopædia Britannica Undécima Edición e a Enciclopedia universal ilustrada europeo-americana.

Historia |


A primeira edición foi publicada entre 1929 e 1936.[1] En total, 35 volumes foron publicados, máis un volume de índice. O conxunto contivo 60.000 artigos e 50 millóns de palabras.[2] Cada volume ten arredor de 1.015 páxinas, e 37 volumes suplementarios foron publicados entre 1938 e 2015. O director foi Giovanni Gentile e o redactor en xefe Antonino Pagliaro.
