I currently have one application running on my server using ProxyPass but I would like to add another that runs on a different port.

My current setup with one application is this.

<VirtualHost *:80>
ProxyPreserveHost On
ServerName app.example.net
ServerAlias www.app.example.net
ProxyPass / http://localhost:3000/
ProxyPassReverse / http://localhost:3000/
</VirtualHost>

This is working fine for me but I cannot seem to get two separate applications working properly. app.example.net/app2 and anything else I type in there (app.example.net/foobar) all direct me to app.example.net

I have read almost every thread related to this on Server Fault and Stack Overflow. I have tried a ridiculous amount of answers as well, all with no luck.

Here is what I have tried.

<VirtualHost *:80>
ProxyPreserveHost On
ServerName app.example.net
ProxyPass /app2 http://localhost:3006
ProxyPassReverse /app2 http://localhost:3006
ProxyPass / http://localhost:3000
ProxyPassReverse / http://localhost:3000
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName app.example.net
ProxyPass / http://localhost:3000/
ProxyPassReverse / http://localhost:3000/
</VirtualHost>
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName app2.example.net
ProxyPass / http://localhost:3006/
ProxyPassReverse / http://localhost:3006/
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:80>
ProxyPass / http://localhost:3000/
ProxyPass /training/ http://localhost:3006/

<Location / >
ProxyPassReverse http://localhost:3000/
ProxyHTMLEnable On
</Location>

<Location /app2/>
ProxyPassReverse http://localhost:3006/
ProxyHTMLEnable On
</Location>
</VirtualHost>

Running curl app.example.net/app2 does bring up the proper site name but not the proper application.
