Need help migrating between VPS providers .
Currently VPS is on Digital Ocean .
Database and some Static assets is around 680GB .
I need to transfer the Front-end which is around 400 GB from Digital Ocean to Google VM .
Need to transfer Database which is running inside VPS to Google Cloud SQL .
Till now I can only think of transferring file from VPS 1 to VPS 2 using rsync . Is there any easy way or tool to achieve migration from Digital Ocean and Google Cloud Platforms VPS.
rsync google-cloud-platform migration digital-ocean gcloud

Digital Ocean is generally considered quite cheap. See digitalocean.com/pricing/calculator for a fairly reasonable comparison (although you can get some GCP/AWS cost efficiencies they're ignoring by using reserved instances). Why do you believe moving to Google will save you money here?
