This folder is consuming tens of GB on several Windows 10 machines. It has many different versions of Candy Crush, Bubble Witch, etc. From my research, I've seen how I can uninstall the apps for all current users and also for new users:

I want to safely delete these files without causing issues within Windows 10. After I uninstall the apps for all users and new users, can I safely take control of the C:Program FilesWindowsApps folder and then delete any sub-folders? Has anyone done this by using Group Policy?
