I have a URL request 'https://[hostname]/dmg' and trying to append a word in the request_uri on apache so that it gets modified to 'https://[hostname]/dmg/ms' and then this request is 'proxypass' on apache instance like below,

Client (https://[hostname]/dmg) --> Apache (https://[hostname]/dmg should append/modify to https://[hostname]/dmg/ms then on same apache instance it should "proxypass /dmg/ms balancer://cluster//northinterface/ms" ) --> backend JVM.

How do I achieve this, to modify the request UI from /dmg to /dmg/ms and proxypass the request on same apache instance.
