I am trying to setup a vps using IPConfig3. Im in the process of adding a new site but I am a little stuck on the nameserver part.

In the past I have used CPanel and simply changed the A record at 1&1 instead of the nameservers. However I would like to now change them, the problem is that 1&1 is asking for 2 seperate IP Addresses and at the minute my VPS only has 1.

Is there a solution to this?

tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1034 "A given zone will be available from several name servers to insure its availability in spite of host or communication link failure. By administrative fiat, we require every zone to be available on at least two servers, and many zones have more redundancy than that."
