歐羅巴聯盟，歐羅巴洲諸國所締也，或省曰歐盟，依一九九二年《馬城條約》而立。當今成員凡廿八國，共作農工商業，共用通貨，曰歐圓。

是廿八國外，又摩納哥、安道爾諸歐洲小國亦與之有案。


歐盟國之海外領地，若格陵蘭之屬，非南美法屬圭亞那不屬。


賽普勒斯于二〇〇四年五月一日入盟，而其治不及北賽普勒斯土耳其共和國實也。


挪威于一九七二年并一九九四年公投與盟而再，否，不屬。而有「歐洲經濟區協定」（EEA）令得盟享。[一]


塞爾維亞、波士尼亞及赫塞哥維納兩國，歐盟議會視之「將與盟國」。


英國於二〇一六年公投自立於盟，細節猶在商議。
